Delivery

Our goal is to deliver your order within four days after confirming it unless you've opted for next-day delivery. Saturday deliveries are available as well.

Some orders may arrive earlier or later than expected. Delays can occur due to unforeseen events beyond our control, such as adverse weather, acts of God, or vehicle issues. We will keep you informed if such situations arise.

For most products, we offer next-day delivery for orders placed by 11 am. Orders received after 11 am for next-day delivery will be dispatched the following business day. Orders placed after 11 am on Friday will be processed on Monday.

During checkout, please provide your contact phone number. You will receive a notification one hour before your delivery is scheduled to arrive, and the delivery driver may use this number if they have difficulty finding your address.

Your order will be delivered on pallets by a large, tail-lift truck and will be left at the nearest safe and accessible point on the curb. Someone must be on-site to sign for the goods; otherwise, they cannot be unloaded. Due to health and safety reasons, drivers are unable to assist with handling, unpacking, or moving deliveries within your property or site. We recommend having assistance available to help transport the stones to their final location on your premises.

Although drivers will make every effort to deliver the products as close as possible to the desired location, obstacles or hazards such as stairs, soft ground, or gravel driveways may require delivery to an alternate location near the vehicle.

If you foresee any issues with delivery, such as narrow roads or low bridges, please contact NJ Paving customer service at 07713039241 or email info@njpaving.co.uk so we can find an alternative delivery solution. Make sure to keep the area around the delivery address clear for the truck to park and unload.

All curb-side deliveries are scheduled between 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.

We cannot change the delivery details once your order has been processed.

Before signing for your delivery, inspect it for damage. If you notice any damage, sign the delivery note as "DAMAGED" or "UNCHECKED" if you cannot inspect the order immediately. Notify us within 24 hours, providing photographic evidence of the damage.

Delivery charges, which include VAT, are determined by postcode and applied when you place your order.

Sample orders, which are free of charge, are shipped via Royal Mail and typically delivered within 2 to 4 business days. Delivery charges are applied during checkout.

Returns

 Returning orders to NJ Paving is simple. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we provide a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery or collection.

Items must be in their original packaging and in a fully resalable condition. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, but we can suggest a company to assist you if needed.

Our return policy does not apply to any custom-made items.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment card.

We reserve the right to decline an exchange or refund if the goods are not returned in a saleable state or if they are damaged.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations. Further information can be obtained from your local trading standards department or Citizens Advice Bureau.
